Our wet painting shop services mainly technology industry systems suppliers and the plastic and machine shop industries. We run a modern wet painting shop and offer also silk screen and pad printing services. Our objective is to become the leading industrial paint shop in the Baltic region. In addition to traditional industrial painting, we also employ a robot painting line (four painter robots, process length 155 m). We also paint small series, including for example some hundreds of items, which enables us to offer a versatile and quick service. We also carry out product development and production method testing at our facility. We use a 4-stage Bonderite pre-treatment process for metal products.

Powder painting Oü

Our powder coating shop takes care of both high-capacity automatic painting jobs and hand-made painting jobs. We use an ITW Gema automatic painting booth with 14 guns. The automatic line includes a powerful powder reclaiming system that enables powder to be used at an efficiency of 98 percent. The automatic line includes a 5-stage Surtec 609 pre-finish. We also offer a broad range of various pre- and post-treatment services as well as packaging, assembly, and logistics services.
